I love her hair and i reckon she was a wicked body too!
the above hair colour i think i wanna get done after my wedding :)

Plus im loving the soft waves and side parting.
totally hottness!

I want my hair like that!!!




going black again is also good. 
sexy.. yet something naughty.
if its curled or straight still looks good.


for the mean time... still need to grow my hair a bit more longer... b4 i reach my target length.
so that way... i can do many hair styles for the wedding :)

!!!time to lose weight!!!

What ive learned about me...
my current Body Mass Index (BMI) is 32, which means im moderately overweight. A healthy BMI for my gender and age is between 18.5 and 24.9 and a reasonable weight loss or gain rate is 0.5 to 1 kg a week.

Here's what i have decide to do...
I have created a daily calorie target for me based on your BMI and my activity level.

Diet type: Weight Loss
Diet start date: Jan- 13- 2010
Starting weight: 80 kgs
Goal weight: 60 kgs
Goal date: Nov- 1- 2010
Daily Calorie Target: 200cals (in a whole day, not per meal.... lol)

so here is my diet plan :) I will still eat at least 1 meal a day... breakfast.
for breakfast is a must to give u energy for the day, since im sit down in the office most of my working hours... its very easy to get sleepy... so breakfast is a must to boost up my energy.

Breakfast: bread or mc muffin (mcmuffin is about 370cals) hehehehehe
Lunch : protein drink (170cals)
Dinner: nothing

Now i know my protein is already 170cals so only 30 cals left for breakfast?... hahahahz wat eva i eat for breakfast, i will burn the calories walking.
so lunch will take the shake to fill me up... better than eating one bowl of steam rice is like 300 cals per serving.

damn the asshole that stole my hand bag!

well i have been trying to keep myself calm and not get too worked up over it.
but my post title explains it.
Handbag got stolen, my wallet, with atm cards, ic, recipets, member cards, gwc bus card, work door card, house keys all bloody gone.
.........................
ok well on a good side i take it as a sign for me to move on.
i have had my wallet for so long now and kept many stuff inside.... now 2010 is a new year and new life begining for me... for getting it stolen... is a sign to start off fresh.
bad memories all gone.... :)

wedding = planning = stress = urge to chop off my hair

now i know i havent update my blog for so long... but i think my title for this post has sum it up quite nicely.

well better get back to planning... to tell you the truth alot of the planning is DONE.
I have chosen the places and items and calculate the costing.
Now left to put deposit and pay off each thing.
