I use to work with mark back in the good old days of HMV, i was in charge of the dvd section and he was in the r&b / dance room.
some more i remember taking the new r&b albums from the room and blasting it on my dvd section system in early morning b4 store opens.
I have to clap my hands for mark thou... coz damn did he lose a lot of weight!!
he told me by harsh diets and gym workout ALOT for 2 years.
I cant 2 years.... I wanna loose weight NOW.
